We reserve the absolute right to utilize electronic age-verification protocols and cancel any pending orders immediately if we suspect a violation of these compliance boundaries.

Boxes, and a legal adult signature (21+) with valid government-issued photo identification is strictly required upon delivery by USPS protocols.

Order Processing & Cancellations
Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your acquisition. Boutiq reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to accept, decline, or place strict quantity limitations on any order for security, inventory fluctuations, or regulatory compliance reasons.
In the event an order is canceled after payment processing has been executed, a full financial return will be issued immediately back to the original custom payment gateway method.
Intellectual Property & Branding
All content featured across this digital platform—including but not limited to the signature digital lookbook layout, textual architectures, graphics, proprietary hardware descriptions, logos, and product imagery—is the exclusive intellectual property of Boutiq.
